Andy’s Man Club
ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.
Mankind
Provides an information and signposting service to men suffering from domestic abuse from their current or former wife, partner (including same-sex partner) or husband. This can range from physical violence or object throwing to abuse such as constant bullying or insults.

Rethink Mental Illness
Supports people every year through their diverse range of mental health services and life-changing support groups, helping people get through crises, live independently and recognise that they don’t have to face mental illness alone.
Relate
Network of relationship counsellors and licensed local counsellors that provide face-to-face and online counselling and support. Counselling services include relationship counselling, family counselling, children’s counselling, young people’s counselling and sex therapy. For those who are in more need of a quick chat than ongoing support, they offer 30 minute chats with a counsellor over the phone or on web chat, or one session therapy designed to tackle a specific issue and see results straight away.
